Shio-konbu pickles of foods roasted with mayonnaise, the Japanese radish of 2/7 rice, a salmon and the broccoli, clear soup, banana
2/7 oyatsunyu noodles
Sauteed meuniere kidney beans, a sweet potato of 2/8 rice, the chicken and salad soup, mandarin orange of the yogurt

I ate well almost this week without zansai saying "it is delicious".
A chicken nugget with 2/4 vegetables was popular.
Please make a lot of vegetables when you handcraft it in a house as you can take it in. Easy.
(materials)
Chicken mince, 250 g
Silk tofu ... 100 g
Japanese mustard spinach ... one bundle
Carrot ..., 1/2 book
Dogtooth violet starch ... tablespoon a little over one
Liquor ..., tablespoon 1
Soy sauce ..., teaspoon 1.5
Salt ..., pinch
(how to make)
①I mince Japanese mustard spinach and a carrot finely
②You may put all it in the bowl and mix it
③I pull salad oil to a frying pan and carry ② which I rounded in an oval on board
※I do not light the fire yet
④If put it on the frying pan, close the cap over a low heat; and three minutes. Reverse it, and close the cap; and three minutes.
I make it, and the frozen ski pole is done, too. It is good for snacks and breakfast.

昨日から、生徒達はホームステイに出掛けています。
ビクトリアの街中で、ホストファミリーと一緒にショッピングやランチをしている生徒達を見かけました。
明日、ビクトリアからバンクーバーに戻り、グランビルアイランドでの散策などを行います。

今日は、一日中、雨が降っていましたね。
雨の中、傘をさして撮影スポットを探していると、１年生の教室の窓から「先生、写真撮ってー！」という元気な声が聞こえてきました。恵の雨と生徒達の笑顔に元気をもらい、今日も素敵な1日となりました。

昨年を上回る多くの先生方にご参加いただき、説明会後は、生徒達が一生懸命に授業に参加している様子や校内の設備・施設もご覧いただきました。
