In the principal school, I continue "a rice ball lunch" as volunteer activity on every Friday for approximately 40 years. I raise funds for 50 yen as side dish charges and support the people who are in trouble of the world. One is the support of Philippine poor children wrestling through child fund Japan. Obokata of the child fund Japan came for a visit with the state of the rice ball lunch today.

毎日顔中にごはんやおかずをつけとても意欲的に美味しく食べています。
離乳食後期から1歳前後頃は保育園では思う存分手づかみ食べをしています。
子どもは最初からスプーンやフォークを上手に使えるわけではありません。まずは「自分で食べる」意欲を育てることが大切です。上手に食具を使えるようにするために沢山手づかみ食べをしましょう。また手づかみで食べ物を口まで運んでかじりとることで、食べ物の適切量を学ぶことができます。自分の一口量を自然と覚え、口の中に詰め込みすぎず、上手に食べる力もついていきます。

薄力粉 10ｇ
ベーキングパウダー 0.3ｇ
バター 2.5ｇ
きび砂糖 2.5ｇ
卵 2.5ｇ
牛乳 3.8ｇ
粉チーズ 4ｇ
作り方
①バターを室温にもどしておく
②薄力粉とベーキングパウダーをあわせてふるう
③ボウルにバター、砂糖を入れてよく混ぜ合わせ、さらに溶き卵を加えて混ぜる
④③に牛乳を入れて混ぜ、続いて①を加えて混ぜる
⑤オーブン用シートを敷いた天板に④を直径2センチの平たい丸型にしてのせ、180度のオーブンで10分焼く
