Secondary to last year, I had masuya*shinwanaoyo of the Mt. Soto sect Tokuo-based success temple come as an instruction lecturer and asked you about a lot of manners of the posture of contemplation and stories. I performed chair posture of contemplation in a hall of our school on the first day and I borrowed a posture of contemplation temple of shuminesankoshinji on the second day and made posture of contemplation.
