(five years) posture of contemplation Kiyoharu society
[a mountain to blow to fall a meeting place a love land]
I invited two lecturers this year from Mt. Soto sect Tokuo-based success temple of Yokohama. I am separated from an everyday crowd and hear only sound of rain and a chirp from the outside of the window. I repeat posture of contemplation while fixing mind and body and the breathing and face oneself calmly.
Finally, I borrowed a light emperor in Kusadocho and did posture of contemplation of the finish.
