Words of the first semester opening ceremony

 Without a gross mistake, I am glad that everybody thanks you as school attendance shitekuretakoto blessing well. There was the figure of the person who continued going to school for a person, club activities and the study that had a valuable experience by studying abroad for a short term to New Zealand Canada. Was able to realize growth each; might take a rest.
 Sixth graders performed a special curriculum camp in spring of 5 days. It was a tight schedule, but the figure which I concentrated on it very much and faced was impressive. I finally make a start as the last school year. Please push on for the realization of own dream while spending time with a feeling of "begin to sharpen one second" effectively.
 Fifth graders values daily classes and raises scholastic ability steadily and I play a key role of the events such as athletic meets and, commencing with a student council activity, club activities, expect it for the achievement as the spark plug of the school.
 In addition, the five or six years student of this year did it in four classes formation in thought that I wanted to plan the realization of the course of everybody. Teachers do instruction perfect carefully, but is independent, and I wrestle, and the place where it is not revealed asks learning well, and what I understand surely is important at all.
 As third graders, a junior high school last school year, you show the leadership well, and please lead 1.2 years student. I expect it for an activity to make a model of it that overflowed in consideration while taking good care of a friend in overall school life such as a learning side, an aspect of living, club activities.
 There are many activities out of the school such as everybody, school camping trip or the challenge seminar Christmas homage of the second grader, too. It is a perfect opportunity to be able to plan growth of the self. Please wrestle well. In addition, 64 first graders enter it newly from tomorrow. I expect it in leading younger students kindly.
 You gave it the message to everybody promoted in each school year, but please put on three next power in the body to achieve this.
 Empathy (power to sympathize with) Grit (power to carry out) Growth (the power that I continue learning) 
 You take an initial, and please learn it with power of EGG.
 In late years a person having high Empathy has been regarded as important as nature and a skill demanded from a leader. I am confused with Sympathy of the similar implication, but Sympathy is made up mainly of own feelings, but Empathy is the word that the feelings of the partner are made up mainly of. Therefore, in deference to the variety of various people, I sympathize with a team member and am the power to sympathize with in the meaning of the power that can gather up a team by sharing a feeling.
 About Grit (power to carry out) it "is Grit that is common to the winner whom an American university professor gave great result to in various fields, and is just ability attracting attention very. There are two elements of passion, the tenacity in Grit. The characteristic of people who gave a result wonderfully has both "passion" and "tenacity". In other words, regardless of talent, intelligence, I report results of research, Grit was strong.
 It is proposed that "I find an interesting thing and I devote" myself to raise Grit even if it is important that it "piles up a small success experience "to put on the custom that I continue challenging without being afraid of failure in the body" while beginning to do an aim high a little than a skill from fate, the place that it seems to be possible" for.
 While everybody respects the variety of various people, I have courage, spirit not to be discouraged at even if difficult, and the year when I can be convinced of growth while challenging it, and continuing learning, please.
 
 By the way, the school aim of this year said, "I bring up the heart that I performed of generosity".
 It was the sound of words same as an aim of the last year, but I thought that I wanted you to improve quality of "the permission" that the Bible told carefully and did it in "the permission" of the letter called "generosity".

 Furthermore, to letter three chapters 12, 13 to a believer of the Colossians because "you are chosen as God and are done with a sacred person and are loved, bring a heart, affection, modesty, mansuetude, generosity of the pity in the body.  In addition, in the Analects of Confucius to learn in the first grade at a high school,
"Generosity:" One's place not to want has the idiomatic expression that I do not give a person.

 The principal school reaches the year of the turning point called the 70th anniversary of the foundation in this year. I hold a commemorative ceremony on October 20.
 While all we staff of a school succeed the thought of four sisters who made an effort for the opening of a school, I am concerned carefully with every effort so that everybody can send school life happily safely in peace and will support it to help the growth of.
Though I do not see it, as for "the thought," anyone can see "the consideration".
 Empathy (power Sympathy to sympathize with) Grit (power to carry out) Growth (the power that I continue learning)…I will value it with three power of EGG.
 Finally I introduce nice news.
 It was chosen as five school whole country where had high acquisition rate, and, in last year, the principal school awarded a prize of school Prize in English official approval.
