With high school student Ambassador Hirawa
I visit the United Nations every year from 1998 to introduce a voice of being bombed place Hiroshima Nagasaki to know the nuclear dire disaster into the world, and to accuse nuclear weapon extinction and peaceful world realization.
High school student Ambassador Hirawa is recognized as "Hiroshima Nagasaki peace messenger" in the United Nations and the earnest behavior gets a high evaluation in the United Nations and gives big result.
It is chosen by an open call for participants and participates in various activities such as "high school student 10,000 signature activities" after the forming into an organization type of June every year. I report it and work on the activity in each place after returning home from the United Nations for approximately one year.

A forming into an organization type of the 22nd high school student Ambassador Hirawa was held in Hiroshima-shi on Sunday, June 16, and the 21st Kaihara participated.
Including three people in Nagasaki, record-high 23 people were chosen among 16 metropolis and districts this year. In addition, I participated in a lecture of Hiroshi Harada of the A-bomb victim and the visit of the hall, being bombed remains of an ancient structure circulation in Manager of former Hiroshima A-Bomb Museum on Saturday on 15th.

I participated in "association of Hiroshima peace learning with Suginami UNESCO youth group" held in Hiroshima A-Bomb Museum on Tuesday, March 26. After a being bombed experience-based lecture of Harada who was the director of the museum, I performed the introduction of the contents which were active as high school student Ambassador Hirawa or opinion interchange with UNESCO and was able to have significant time to think about peace together.

Saturday, October 6
On the evening of yesterday, Nobel Peace prize was announced.
High school student Ambassador Hirawa who reached 21st this time became the candidate of Nobel Peace prize for the first time, and Kaihara gathered in Hiroshima-shi with a member, too and watched the announcement.
The result was disappointing, but three people seemed to refresh determination. The state was published in today's newspaper.

I paid a courtesy visit to Mayor branch Hiroshi of Fukuyama-shi and reported the participation in signature activity in Hiroshima and Nagasaki and commemorative ceremony and an activity that I visited the United Nations Europe headquarters of Switzerland Geneva.

I reported the signature for approximately 110,000 people who collected the United Nations Europe headquarters of Switzerland Geneva in arrival, each place to the secretariat of the Conference on Disarmament. All Ambassador Hirawa gave a speech in English and conveyed thought in hope of each peace.

One Terai who is the leader of the A-bomb victim singing meeting sunflower is songwriting, and is the theme song of the high school student 10,000 signature activity;, in "this voice, practiced for this heart" together.
In addition, with the peace bridge, there was the being bombed testimony of group reading and Sakue Shimodaira of Nagasaki, too. To hear the report of the signature activity of each place, I feel that refinement of their activities and future activity target became clearer.

Prefecture selection society to select three people of "21st high school student Ambassador Hirawa" who appealed for nuclear weapon extinction or realization of the world peace outside the country was opened in Hiroshima-shi on Sunday, March 18.
